Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on arfakhushboo.pk and to every order placed with us on WhatsApp. Placing an order means you accept them. If something here does not suit you, message 0322 922 8355 before you order.

Who you are buying from

ARFA KHUSHBOO sells perfume oil, also called perfume oil. It comes in 3ml, 6ml and 12ml glass roll-on bottles. We are based in Pakistan and we deliver in Pakistan only. All contact goes through WhatsApp or a call on 0322 922 8355.

The products

Every bottle is alcohol-free perfume oil. Colour and thickness vary a little from batch to batch. Oils are not the same from one lot to the next. Photos on the site show the bottle type, not the exact fill level or shade. Scent is personal. What smells strong on one person can sit quietly on another.

Fragrances described as “inspired by”

Some of our perfume oils are described as inspired by a well known designer fragrance. Read that plainly. Those products are our own interpretations of a scent profile. They are not the designer original, they are not made by that brand, they are not refills of it, and they have no connection with that company at all. Any brand name we mention belongs to its owner. We use it only to describe the character of a smell, so you know what to expect. If you want the original designer perfume, buy it from that brand.

Prices

Prices run from Rs. 300 to Rs. 3,000 depending on the scent and the bottle size. Every price on the site is in Pakistani Rupees. Delivery is charged on top, unless your order gets free delivery. See Shipping and Delivery.

Prices can change. The price that counts is the one showing when you place the order. If a price is wrong because of a plain mistake on our side, we will tell you before dispatch. You can then confirm the right price or cancel.

Placing an order

You can order on the website or by sending your list to WhatsApp. Either way we need your full name, mobile number and a complete delivery address with the city.

Your order is a request to buy. The sale is agreed once we confirm it and send the parcel. We can turn an order down. That is rare. Usually it means a scent has run out, the address is not complete, or the same number has refused several cash on delivery parcels before.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available anywhere in Pakistan. If you choose it:

  • Keep your phone on. The courier will call before delivery.
  • Have the full amount ready, including the Rs. 200 delivery charge if it applies.
  • Check that the packet is sealed before you pay.
  • You may open the parcel and look at the bottles in front of the rider. Please do not open or use the bottle itself before paying.

The courier normally tries three times. If nobody takes the parcel, it comes back to us and the order is cancelled. If a number refuses cash on delivery parcels repeatedly, we will ask for advance payment on any future order from that number.

Paying in advance and the 5% discount

Pay before dispatch and you get 5% off. Here is how it works:

  • The 5% comes off the product total, before any delivery charge is added.
  • Transfer to Easypaisa 0317 505 7319, account name Ammar Ul Haq. Bank transfer is also accepted.
  • Send the transaction screenshot to WhatsApp on 0322 922 8355 with your name and address.
  • We confirm the amount before you send anything. You never have to work it out yourself.
  • We dispatch once the payment shows in the account.

The discount and free delivery work together. An order over Rs. 3,000 paid in advance gets both.

Cancelling

You can cancel free of charge any time before the parcel is dispatched. Message 0322 922 8355 and tell us your name and order number. If you already paid in advance, we send the full amount back to your Easypaisa or bank account.

Once the parcel is with the courier it cannot be cancelled. At that point it becomes a return, and the returns policy takes over.

Using perfume oil safely

Perfume oil is strong and goes straight onto skin. Do a patch test on your inner arm first and wait a few hours. Keep it away from your eyes. Do not swallow it. Keep the bottles out of reach of children and away from direct sunlight and heat. If your skin reacts, stop using it and tell us on WhatsApp.

What we are responsible for

We are responsible for sending the right product, in good condition, within the times on the shipping page. If we get that wrong, we replace it or refund it.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, including the delivery charge. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as an occasion you missed because a courier ran late. Nothing here removes any right you have under the law of Pakistan.

Website content

The photos and the words on arfakhushboo.pk belong to ARFA KHUSHBOO. Please do not copy them for another shop or listing. The ARFA KHUSHBOO name and logo are ours.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute goes to the courts of Pakistan. Before it gets that far, message us. Most problems are solved in one WhatsApp conversation.

Changes

We update these terms as the business changes. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies.
