Privacy Policy
This policy covers arfakhushboo.pk and the WhatsApp number we take orders on, 0322 922 8355. ARFA KHUSHBOO is a small perfume oil business in Pakistan, selling to customers in Pakistan. This page says what we collect, why we collect it, and who else sees it.
What we collect
- Your name. The parcel has to be addressed to someone.
- Your mobile number. We and the courier both need a way to reach you.
- Your delivery address, including the city and any landmark you add.
- Your email address, but only if you give one. It is optional at checkout.
- Your order history. What you bought, the bottle size, the amount, and the date.
- Your WhatsApp messages to us, plus any photo or payment screenshot you send.
- Basic website data your browser sends, such as which pages you looked at and roughly which city you are in.
We never ask for your CNIC. We never ask for card or bank login details. No card is processed on this website.
Why we collect it
- To pack your order and get the right bottle to the right person.
- To give the courier a name, address and number so the parcel can be delivered.
- To collect payment on delivery, or to match your advance transfer to your order.
- To answer you when you ask where your parcel is.
- To handle a return, a replacement or a complaint.
- To keep a record of sales for our own accounts.
- To send you an offer, but only if you have asked us to.
Cookies and tracking
The shop sets cookies so your basket and your checkout details survive while you move around the site. Turn them off and the basket empties.
We may also add Google Analytics, the Meta pixel or the TikTok pixel so we can see which adverts actually bring people to the shop. When those are running they set their own cookies and send a record of your visit to Google, Meta or TikTok. Those companies then handle that data under their own privacy policies, not ours. You can block cookies in your browser settings. The site will still load, though checkout may misbehave.
Who else sees your details
- The courier. They get your name, address and phone number, because they cannot deliver without all three.
- Our website host, which stores the site and its order database.
- Easypaisa, if you pay in advance. We only see that the transfer arrived.
- Anyone we are required by Pakistani law to tell.
We do not sell your details. We do not hand your number to other sellers, agents or marketing lists.
Payment screenshots on WhatsApp
If you pay before delivery, you transfer the amount to Easypaisa 0317 505 7319, account name Ammar Ul Haq, then send the screenshot to WhatsApp. That screenshot stays in the WhatsApp chat on the owner’s phone. It is used for one thing: confirming your payment against your order. It is never posted or forwarded. Blank out anything on it you would rather we did not see, such as your account balance.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for three years, so we can still deal with a return, a dispute or our own accounts. WhatsApp chats stay on the phone until you ask us to clear yours.
What you can ask us to do
Message 0322 922 8355 on WhatsApp and ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you.
- Correct your name, number or address.
- Delete your details.
We will delete what we can. Records attached to a completed sale may have to stay in our accounts. If you have been getting offers from us, reply STOP and we will stop.
Security
The site runs over a secure connection and the order database sits with our host. Your order details are seen by the owner and by the courier who brings the parcel. Nobody else needs them.
Age
This shop is meant for adults. If you are under 18, order through a parent or guardian.
Changes to this policy
When the way we work changes, this page changes with it. The version on this page is the one that applies.
