The perfume
How long does it last on the skin?
Longer than a spray, as a rule. Nothing evaporates off an oil, so it releases slowly instead of blasting and fading. How long exactly depends on your skin, the weather and the scent itself. Oud and musk based perfume oils hold longest. Light florals are gentler and softer. Put some on your wrist in the morning and check it in the afternoon. That will tell you more than any number we could print here.
Is it really alcohol-free?
Yes. Every bottle is concentrated perfume oil with no alcohol in it.
How much do I put on?
One or two rolls on each wrist, and behind the ears if you want more. Then leave it. Do not rub your wrists together, it flattens the scent. Oil is strong, so start with less than you think.
Will it stain my clothes?
It can, like any oil. Put it on skin, not on a shirt collar or a dupatta.
Is there a smaller size to try first?
Yes. Every scent comes in 3ml, 6ml and 12ml. The 3ml exists so you can test a scent without committing. Buy the 12ml once you know you love it.
How should I store it?
Cap on, out of direct sunlight, away from heat. Not on a sunny windowsill, and not in the car.
How do I choose a scent?
Message 0322 922 8355 and tell us three things: who it is for, whether you want light for daytime or heavy for evening, and any perfume you already like. We will suggest two or three from our 26 perfume oils.
Are the “inspired by” ones the real designer perfume?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Those are our own interpretations of a scent profile. They are not the original, not made by that brand, and not connected to that company. The brand name is there to describe the smell, nothing more.
Can I use it on sensitive skin?
Patch test first. Put a little on your inner arm and wait a few hours. If your skin reacts, stop and tell us.
Ordering and payment
Do you do cash on delivery?
Yes, anywhere in Pakistan. Have the amount ready when the rider arrives, including the Rs. 200 delivery charge if it applies. Check the packet is sealed before you pay.
How does the 5% discount work?
Pay before we dispatch and 5% comes off the product total. Transfer to Easypaisa 0317 505 7319, account name Ammar Ul Haq, then send the screenshot to WhatsApp on 0322 922 8355. Bank transfer works too. We tell you the exact amount before you send anything.
Can I get the 5% off and free delivery together?
Yes. An order over Rs. 3,000 paid in advance gets both.
How do I order on WhatsApp?
Send four things to 0322 922 8355:
- The scent names and the sizes you want.
- Your full name.
- Your complete address, with the city and a landmark.
- Whether you want cash on delivery or the 5% prepaid discount.
We confirm the total, then dispatch. That is the whole process.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, free, any time before it is dispatched. Message us with your name and order number. After dispatch it becomes a return.
Delivery
What does delivery cost?
Rs. 200 flat, anywhere in Pakistan, however many bottles you order. Free on orders over Rs. 3,000.
How long will it take?
We dispatch within 24 hours. Most cities get the parcel in 2 to 4 working days. Remote areas can take a little longer. Full details on Shipping and Delivery.
Can I track it?
Yes. We send the tracking number to your WhatsApp once the parcel is booked.
Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
Not at the moment.
Returns
What if the bottle arrives broken or it is the wrong scent?
Tell us within 48 hours and send a photo. We replace it free or refund you in full. You pay nothing for the return courier.
Can I return it if I do not like the smell?
Only if the bottle is still sealed and unused, and only within 7 days of delivery. Once a roll-on has touched skin we cannot resell it, so opened bottles cannot come back. That is why the 3ml exists. Read Returns and Refunds for the full policy.
How do refunds reach me?
By Easypaisa or bank transfer, within 5 working days of the returned parcel reaching us.
