Shipping & Delivery
We deliver all over Pakistan. Delivery is Rs. 200, the same for every city. Orders over Rs. 3,000 ship free.
What it costs
- Rs. 200 flat anywhere in Pakistan, however many bottles are in the parcel.
- Free on orders over Rs. 3,000.
- No extra charge for choosing cash on delivery.
The delivery charge shows at checkout before you confirm, so there is nothing to work out at the door.
How long it takes
- Dispatch: within 24 hours of your order being confirmed.
- Delivery: 2 to 4 working days for most cities.
Big cities are usually at the quicker end. Smaller towns and remote areas can take a day or two longer, and that part sits with the courier rather than with us. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are dispatched the next working day.
If you pay in advance, the 24 hours starts when the payment shows in the account, not when you send the screenshot.
Tracking your parcel
Once the parcel is booked, we send the tracking number to your WhatsApp on 0322 922 8355. The courier calls you before delivery, so keep your phone on and answer numbers you do not recognise.
Paying at the door
Cash on delivery works anywhere in Pakistan. Have the exact amount ready, including the Rs. 200 delivery charge if it applies. Check the packet is sealed before you pay. You can open the parcel and look at the bottles in front of the rider, but please do not open the bottle itself until you have paid.

Addresses
Give us the house or shop number, the street, the area and the city, plus a landmark if your area is hard to find. An incomplete address is the single most common reason a parcel is late. If you spot a mistake in your address, message us straight away. We can correct it before dispatch, and often after.
If delivery fails
The courier tries three times. If nobody takes the parcel, it comes back to us and the order is cancelled. If you paid in advance, we refund the full amount, including the delivery charge you paid.
How the bottles travel
Every roll-on is glass, so it is capped, wrapped and packed with padding. Damage is rare. When it does happen, we replace the bottle free. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send a photo. See Returns and Refunds.
Outside Pakistan
We only deliver inside Pakistan at the moment.
